Our Eindje blend is the house blend of our coffee bars and also in many people's homes. This blend consists of a combination of Brazilian and Colombian, roasted separately and then blended to perfect each bean's brand profile and bring out the best in each bean.
The Brazilian beans provide a good solid base by giving the blend a full body and chocolate and nutty notes and the Colombian beans give it a fruity kick and a pleasant light acidity. This makes this bean both a perfect base for milk drinks and a wonderful bean for an espresso or americano that has a complex taste and never gets boring.
